Very light support but for my uses I am very happy with that (also I take the pads out, which may affect this). I use these for yoga, but wouldn’t use them for running. Really flattering, comfortable and stretchy. I have washed both colours I bought multiple times and they still look as new. Usually a Small/UK 10. Took medium which fits well, I think I would also fit a small.
